That is the essence of the debate over health care. Nothing in existing bills constitutes "reform." Rather, these bills are just transfers from some people to others.

Reform is a ruse. This "debate" is about a transfer of power. It might actually be interesting if there really was a debate. I only observe two self-interested campaigns. As if the three branches of government were interested in "We the People".
